Shipping

We pack your order with care and ship it as fast as we can. Once your parcel is on its way, you'll get an email with a track & trace code.

No emails from us? Check your spam folder first. Still nothing? Just get in touch at info@secclothing.be.

Returns

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us know you'd like to return it, and then another 14 days to send it back.

Here's how it works:

1. Register your return through our returns portal: log in with your email address, open your order and choose 'Request return'. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately.
2. We'll provide you with a return label. We charge €5 for the label, which will be deducted from your refund. Prefer to arrange shipping yourself? That's absolutely fine, you'll simply cover the shipping costs yourself.
3. Return your parcel, preferably in its original packaging.
4. Once we've received your return (or proof that you've shipped it), we'll process your refund within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for your purchase. Your refund will also include the standard shipping costs of your original order, when the complete original order is returned.

Of course, you're welcome to try on your items, just as you would in a physical store. However, we cannot accept items that have been worn or washed without applying a deduction for any loss in value.

Prefer to pick up your order? Choose 'pick-up' at checkout and we'll email you when it's ready to collect by appointment in Mortsel, near Antwerp.
